Free Express Shipping (Canada Only)
- We offer FREE express ground shipping on all orders across Canada.
- Shipping is available within Canada only.
- International shipping is not offered at this time.
Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery times are 1–5 business days across Canada.
- Next business day delivery guarantee across Ontario.
- Same Day delivery available for select approved accounts across Ontario
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
- Shisha & Co. is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Orders returned due to address errors may require additional time for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, Shisha & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:
- Confirm the shipping address
- Check with neighbours or building management
- Contact the carrier directly
- We will assist with carrier inquiries when possible.
Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please provide clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The outer shipping box and packaging
- Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
