Wire Transfers – Approved Business Accounts Only
Shisha & Co. offers wire transfer payment options exclusively to eligible and approved business customers granted Net 30 payment terms.
- Net 30 terms commence from the invoice date
- Wire transfer details are provided upon account approval and invoice issuance
- Orders may be held or delayed until payment terms are approved or satisfied
- Late payments may result in suspension of credit privileges, account restrictions, or additional collection measures
Approval for Net 30 terms is granted at the sole discretion of Shisha & Co. and may be revoked at any time.
Pricing and Currency
All prices, invoices, and payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless expressly stated.
Payment Authorization and Compliance
By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method on behalf of the business entity and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Shisha & Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order or account where payment authorization fails, payment terms are breached, or fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.
Taxes
Applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes, including GST/HST and PST, will be applied in accordance with Canadian tax regulations and shown at checkout or on the invoice, as applicable.
